Model 6012-A Speed Sensor Mounting Wheel Adapter
Belt Scale Component
Designed to convert a Ramsey 60-12C or SYSTEMS’ FFF 60-12C speed sensor from tail shaft mounted to idler wheel pickup.
- The idler wheel is designed to run on the back side of the conveyor belt. This mounting arrangement is preferred by many as it places the speed sensor in a more protected position on the conveyor.
- The 8" pickup wheel provides a high resolution frequency output of approximately two (2) pulses per inch of belt length.
- All parts for the conversion are included for user installation.
